Taxes:
we are required by law to collect an 8.16% sales tax on shipments inside the state of Colorado.

Refunds:
We will gladly refund the cost of an item minus the freight. The merchandise must be returned in new condition, unworn. Special ordered items are NON-REFUNDABLE. We will make every effort to have the item retailored or remade to your complete satisfaction. We must be notified of your intention to return an item within 15 days of your recieving the shipment. We will issue refunds only after we have received the item.
